Our Process

Begin with the property.

Call with the full address, affected rooms and a description of visible pooling. Explain the floor finishes, access route and whether you know the status of the source. Say when a detail is uncertain rather than guessing.

Confirm the proposed assessment.

The contractor checks availability and address coverage. Ask what information is needed, who will attend and how the visit is charged. A location page by itself does not reserve an appointment.

Review the work before approval.

Discuss equipment access, reachable surfaces and any furniture handling. Ask for the pickup scope and charges to be explained. Separately identify drying, source repair, material removal and other services that may be proposed.

Ask for a clear handover.

After the pickup, request a description of the areas reached and what remains damp or unresolved. Ask what supports any recommended next stage and approve its scope and cost before additional work begins.

Keep the record together.

Save the agreed room list, work description and invoice. If insurance is involved, ask what documentation is available and discuss policy questions directly with your insurer.
